"Our stay was disappointing. There were ants in the room, which was very unpleasant. Some of the restaurant staff were also unfriendly and not very welcoming. Unfortunately, I was also injured during the trip, which made the experience even worse. Overall, this stay did not meet our expectations."

"There’s really no such thing as a true five-out-of-five in my opinion — and the reality is I probably can’t afford the kind of place that would actually deserve that rating. That being said, this resort came pretty close. We went with another family - four kids between the ages of three and eleven - and everyone had an incredible time. The property itself is beautiful and very well maintained. The amenities are excellent, the gym is fantastic, and the entertainment throughout the resort was great. The kids’ club is very good, although I would say it’s best suited for kids who are a bit past the toddler stage. The food was consistently very good, and the beach, pools, and water park were all highlights for the kids. Overall, we had an amazing stay and genuinely have no complaints. I would absolutely recommend it."

"This is a New resort and they are still working out some kinks. Overall we had a great time and the resort was great. I have 2 complaints and these are not deal breakers. First there's no buffet for dinner. We ate every night at a different restaurant, but it would have been nice to have a back up just incase the restaurants were busy. Second the shower head on the spray handle did not pivot, it sprays right over your head. (The rainfall head is perfect.) We we there for 7 day and would go back."
