「The location is great. Quiet area, a few blocks from subway, groceries stores, great little restaurants and Central Park a few minutes away.The apartment is clean, equipped with 3 A/C units out of 4 bedrooms, lots of fans. We stay there during a heat wave and were comfortable enough. The bedrooms are spacious with windows and lots of light. The check in and out process was very smooth.It s a great place to come back to after a day of exploring the city.」

「the check in process was sent to us by the manager, who very accurately described how to enter the property. it was effortless with the instructions that he sent us. the place, itself, was clean and pretty and there's a great view from the front bedroom. the entire stay was exceptionally charming. chinatown is so interesting and fun, it's busy and exciting in the morning, and quiet and peaceful at night. there are subways close by, and the location is very convenient. wifi was easy to connect. i...

「This property is in a great location, Chelsea. It is loud because it is on a busy street and neighbors above, but overall as expected. Check in procedures could be a bit easier and better communicated. Convenient to Subway at 23rd and 8th Ave, can pretty much get anywhere. Good restaurants nearby, easy walk to Chelsea Market and Meatpacking district. 」

「The apartment is great. Not too cramped, well thought out. It is always amazing to me to see how New Yorkers live. Most times their spaces are small so they have to be creative with storage, etc. This place showed that, the wardrobes were helpful to have, it gave all of us a place to store our things. 「Very clean, comfortable, and well appointed! My family and I slept well and enjoyed our stay. We appreciated the well-stocked coffee selection and beautiful glass mugs. "NYのペン駅近郊にしては比較的安価でした。良かった点、①立地:ペン駅まで徒歩6分ほど。いろいろなところに行くのに便利かつ観光客が多いエリアなので夜でも外を歩いてもあまり不安がない(ホームレスはいますが)、②ホテルの綺麗さ清潔さ:よく清掃された部屋で、毎日の清掃も良い。シャワールームも含めて綺麗。部屋が狭いという口コミが多く、それは事実だが、コスパを考えればやむを得ない、③屋上にルーフトップバーがあり、バーも素敵だし景色も素敵(エンパイアviewなどの高層階を選べば部屋からの景色も良い) 楽しみにしていたチェックインのクッキーが貰えなかった点は残念です。"
