"Very unfriendly and unhelpful staff. Our room was in the basement down and dirty hallway with no view at all. No coffee in the room. No parking. Would not recommend. "

"The front desk overcharged me when checking out and was super rude when sorting it out. I confirmed every single expense and credit one by one, did the exact calculation right in front of the lady, and the lady kept saying my calculation was wrong. Finally, someone else came to help and sorted it out. NO APOLOGIES at all the entire process. She made me feel it was my mistake not theirs. Front desk assistant should at least graduate from elementary school to do simple math. The elevator close to parking lot was very stinky. Room was with carpet so smelt wet during rainy weather. Will never come back again to this property! So disappointing."

"Overall, it's a nice place to stay. We stayed in a Jr suite and it had a nice kitchenette, a high tech toilet, and a nice shower. The amenities of the resort were likewise very nice. The pools - and in particular the reef pool - were great. There were, however, some cons. First, the property is horribly hard to find if you arive at night. This hotel is part of a massive complex, and it took us three tries to find where we were actually registered. Secondly, the parking is super far away from this hotel. Even the valet. You have to take a tram from the "main lobby" and if the tram isn't working, it's a long walk. In fact, that's my biggest complaint about this place - lack of accessibility. My mom and I both have mobility issues, so the distance we had to walk was not fun. Thirdly, we were there during the recent storms and lost power to our room. The power was off more than 15 hours. Meanwhile, parts of the resort had power. You'd think a place like this would have generators. We lost food in or fridge/freezer to the outage...and food is expensive! Fourth, there was a distinct lack of places to hang things in the bathroom. Not a single hook or place to hang our towels. Annoying. Other than that (and everything being expensive AF. Resort, after all), it was a nice place to stay. Bed was comfy. Property was very nice. We had a view of the golf course and entertained ourselves a bit by sitting on the balcony and watching people play."

"This is a fun hotel to stay at when in Paradise. We had first good weather and then rain. I would have thought that the hotel would have more activities for rain days. When my out going flight was canceled they were very cooperative on extending the sale :) "

"Golf was fabulous. Massage was good, but a little pricey. Staff was fabulous. Loved them all. "

"The one bedroom was spacious and had a huge balcony which we appreciated but the bathrooms could use updating."

"Balcony chair webbing was ripped open. There were tears in the drapery lining, Fridge and ice bin were in the bathroom > unpleasant double duty for bath vanity. NO MICROWAVE! The toilet/bathtub room was as dimly lit as a 15 watt lightbulb. The bathroom exhaust system wasn't working leaving the room soaked with moisture. The towel rack above the toilet had large areas of rusty bare metal. The grunge factor was everywhere. Upgrades have been done with new paint and tile but done on the cheap with unskilled labor. Tile corners were rough. Overpaint on doorknobs and towel hooks. Ceiling light by balcony door looks like it has been there since the 1970s. The very small desk area was directly under the TV. Power outlet on the desk lamp was so worn out a power cord would not stay in contact. The next closest power outlet was 8 feet away under the small table, or, it was in the mishmash of cords behind the desk that served the cable boxes. Wi-Fi was inconsistent and kept disconnecting. And after a power failure it never came back before we left. Why wasn't the hotel's system better surge protected? The noisy bar had an entertainer that thought distorted volume made up for lack of talent. The bar's Mai Tai was the worst EVER. I bottled cocktail would have been better. It tasted like canned orange juice. I ordered two Mai Tais and a French dip sandwich to go. Mai Tais were made right away. The drink ice had melted before the sandwich was served... with no dip sauce or napkins."
