"It was very clean and welcoming"

"The bed was clean, and so generally was the bathroom (tub was not clean), so kudos to the maid service. Ceiling in the room had two large water leak spots that had never been properly repaired. Tub was not clean. Stains on rug in front of door. General appearance of the room was not pleasant. Light over one side of bed didn't work. No switch even for light over toilet. The water out of the tap was gray, not clear and clean. Yuk. Had to go to a local store and buy water. Front wouldn't check me in even 5 minutes early. I had an appointment I had to get to, but wouldn't flex a single minute without fining me $35. Said he'd get in trouble with his boss. It was a needly annoyance. One night there was a party ALL NIGHT LONG in the room next to me: loud music and loud talking. Knocking on the wall obviously didn't help. I called the front desk, all they did was try to call the room; when that didn't work, they did nothing else. Didn't sleep most of the night. I was only 2 days. One of the days my key didn't work. Another annoyance. It turned out to be a lousy place to stay, though the bed was clean and bathroom mostly clean. I would not recommend this hotel at all."

"The room could have been cleaner (candy wrapper on the floor), one wash cloth and 3 towels and we booked the room for 2. Having to pay $20 for parking each day for a place you paid to stay is terrible"

"The rooms were as advertised online. The staff were helpful when I requested additional items to the room. The pool area was not great, had very limited seating, and unfortunately the hot tub was not working and no information was shared other than a sign at the pool area. The manager accepted our feedback about the hot tub and resolved this with the people in my group."

"We stayed on the 1st floor and the room was great! Heat was quiet very clean. The hot water was not super hot but doable and you can hear your above neighbor unfortunately. Also, the winter (im assuming...) has done a tune on the parking lot; huge craters and holes that definitely need to be tended too. Would stay here again. "
