Room was not bad at all, we stayed Friday through Sunday. From the other reviews that I read I was scared but, I gave it a chance and I'm glad I did. Room had a lot of space plus a full size refrigerator, stove top and microwave. They told us there was a small breakfast but we did not use that amenity so I'm not sure what they had. Room seemed very clean. We were very happy with our stay. We stayed Friday through Sunday.

I loved the location near a great mall and restaurants, but I didn’t realize that this was not exactly a regular hotel. It seemed like some guests/families were there for awhile not just work or vacation. That was my fault not researching the place. We were only there one night and I did appreciate microwave and refrigerator in room. Sheets and bedding were not high quality

The room and the building itself were lacking in cleanliness. I could feel a film on the floor when I walked and the shower felt dirty and needed paint as there were big splotches of stains. There was a verity of garbage stuffed down my sink when I arrived and a broken cabinet handel. The staff were relatively friendly so that was a bonus.

Upon arrival we were greeted by an unfriendly employee , once in the room, the shower head was broken and fell off base , couldn’t shower properly. The bed was by far the most uncomfortable springy mattress with no blankets / comforter, The free WiFi cost too much and using the open NW didn’t work . The best part of our trip was when we got to leave . I wouldn’t recommend this place to my worst enemy.

The sheets and blankets were damp. When I asked for them to be cleaned and dried we had to wait 2 hours. When we went back to room. The bedding was still damp. The fridge still had food from previous traveler. The TV doesnt face the bed or sofa. When we moved the TV, there was garbage underneath it. The bed was super uncomfortable. And the hall smelled like mold. I felt like I was at a homeless shelter. Would never stay again.

Honestly, you get what you pay for. I think people live here full time and they use the other rooms for bookings. The entire place smelled like weed. There is dog poop ALL over the property. The front door area smells like dog pee. They don’t clean your rooms or provide new towels. The workers were odd and strange. It’s old and outdated. Beds were small and extremely uncomfortable. Would not be back or recommend this place to anyone.

All of the staff were incredible. The rooms are not cleaned very well in between guests. There are stains on the bedding/pillow cases. The drawers could only be used some due to disrepair and lack of cleanliness. Bathtub could not be used due to no drain stop. We could only use the shower. There were cobwebs around the ceiling and the floor was not cleaned very well. The recliner was partially broken. The shelves in the kitchen area had items on them from the last guests that stayed and were still dirty. The room stayed at the temps that we needed which was nice. When we needed more items, they were given right away. One of the two elevators were broken so we sometimes had to wait for the elevator to come.
