"overall a nice hotel with a bustling lobby and lovely staff. the valets were especially helpful, courteous, and attentive. the room was fine - standard size, large bathroom with separate toilet, great views. and the bed was very comfortable. it was clean enough, but the housekeeping staff didn't replace tissues, restock tea, or really clean the shower every day (despite daily tip). we didn't have the chance to use the pool, but it looked nice, room service from their resto was totally acceptable! strangely, the only bad experience I had during my 4 day stay was at check out - the man at reception barely looked at me, hardly spoke a word, not even a thanks for staying with us, and even seemed put out by having to print my folio/receipt. otherwise, a pleasant stay!"
