「Very convenient」

「Mikkie's place is very clean, comfortable and in a convenient location. She met us at check in to go over all the features in the apartment and answer any questions. The space had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. We would definitely come again.」

「We had a pleasant day in this unit. We liked the coffee choices (makers and ingredients). Very well equipped kitchen with thoughtfully chosen items -- good stuff and not just a collection of yard sale junk. Great linens, comfortable bed. Owner was easy to reach and communicated effectively, and remedied the few minor issues that came up during our stay. Walkable neighborhood with a few good local food choices. Basement laundry was a bit off-putting and the stairway down was tricky at best....

「This place fit our needs but we had a couple of hiccups which I have shared with the owner. When we arrived, 3 of the bedroom doors were locked by a keypad. It was never explained why, but the owner did remind me when I emailed for the door codes that we were only supposed to use 6 beds for the 6 guests in our group. 「2階のキッチンはなべやフライパンなどの調理器具はだいたい揃っていたが、ナイフが2本あるだけでフォークとスプーンは無かった。割り箸とスプーンを持って行ったのは正解でした。 ストーブは４つのうち左手前と右奥はまったく加熱できなかった。 205の部屋のコーヒーメーカーはずっと待っていても中でお湯が沸いているだけで、コーヒーは１滴も出てこなかった。 205のデスクランプはスイッチオンで激しく点滅し、使い物にならなかった。 205のテレビは地上波放送を観ようと思ってもアンテナと繋がっていないというメッセージが表示された。 205の隣のトイレのフラッシュレバーは外れそうで、水を流すのにコツがいる。 また、トイレットペーパーを引っ掛けておくパイプの壁への取り付けが悪く、グラグラ状態でペーパーロールが床に落ちた。 シャワーはお湯が出るまで５分以上かかり、やっと出ても水温が安定せず、途中で冷たくなることが度々あった。」

「I loved this apartment. It was perfect for what we needed. I only gave four stars because the apartment could use a little love and updating, and that may be important to some people. It was not for me. We were just over 2 miles away from Mass General where my husband was having an operation. It had a full kitchen, 1 1/2 baths, and was surprisingly quiet.
