「It was a wonderful experience staying at the Ginko House. Very charming hotel in a beautiful neighborhood. The staff was thoughtful and very friendly. Would definitely stay there again. 」
「Rooms were clean. The window had a very nice view of the Charles River in front of us and the old town and suburbs on the other side.
What was also surprising was that each room had a very large balcony from which to view these landscapes, which was a very pleasant experience.」
"GOOD:
- good location neaby to Fenway park and city
- tidy/cozy room
- microwave in the room
BAD:
- no message come for entry. I must make international calls at the front door for asking about it. Also no setup made for me about key entry for the front doors so that I had to make another international calls to ask about it.
- no towels changes for 4 nights
- no additional coffee pouches
- no desk in the room, so that I had a hard time to use my computer.
Generally, acceptable but I will not stay for the next stay in Boston unless improvements made."
