「Perfect location for large groups.」

「We had a wonderful stay! Jay responded quickly to questions and the check in/check out process was very simple. The house isn’t as close to the T as expected, so we mostly uber’ed. 」

「Check in was a breeze, communication with property manager was flawless, and kitchen facilities were used with no problems. The neighbor Calvin gave us great tips and suggestions for our first time in the city. Parking every time was right out front, on street. Comfy and cozy home away from home. We look forward to returning for our stay in the future. Highly recommend this location/property to friends and family. Thank you again!」

「Great convenient quiet location . Air conditioning worked great on warm days. Lots of room for our party of 4 adults, 1 teen.Only clarification: listing shows 2.5 baths, but it’s actually 1.5 baths. 1 full with shower/tub downstairs and toilet/sink upstairs.」

「This house was exactly what we needed for our girls weekend! Great location, roomy living area, host communication was wonderful. 」

「We had a family group for a college graduation. We needed plenty of rooms, kitchen, and good location. This property had it all and was great! We could easily walk or drive to Harvard Square. Entrance is in the back and has 6-8 stairs up to a deck and back door. On the first floor are a large bedroom and full bath, good for anyone with mobility issues. The second floor has a full bath and third floor has a half bath. Communication with the property manager was fast and efficient. All went well...

「This is a great house in a nice area and a good location to get around Boston. There was plenty of room for 5 adults. It was a clean property and perfect for our stay to attend BU graduation. Communication was easy and quick. I highly recommend.」

「Brought a bachelor party of 9 to stay here, and it was perfect. Lots of individual beds, plenty of showers and hot water to get ready for a nice dinner in town, and good spaces for gathering and playing board games. Very close to the subway and a bus stop - the bus ride from the airport is free, even! There are also great restaurants and cafes nearby, plus parks and shops for basics.One kitchen is a handy thing to have, and there was a coffee maker with pre-ground coffee, along with sugar and...

「This is someone's immaculately kept family home. There are plenty of amenities including wifi, toys for young children, USB wall plugs, board games, a smart oven, dishes, lots of fridge space, plenty of towels and extra blankets, a dishwasher, washer and dryer, and both central and portable air conditioners. There are decorations and collections around the place that give you a sense of who lives here, which I found very cute! I am guessing there's a hidden library locked away on the 3rd...

「A lovely, comfortable place and spotlessly clean. The location is great though noisy (Cambridge Sanitation rolls out the heavy metal around 0700). There was a plumbing problem, but the owner's communication was excellent. 」
