"The location was incredible! Walking distance to Quincy market and the north end! Had an unexpected incident where we had to switch rooms and was chaotic, however, the manager on duty he did a great job doing what he could do to try and rectify the situation. Staff and amenities were wonderful, hopefully outside renovations will be done soon on exterior to complete the unique and charming look. Also pub next door gets very loud and you can hear from lower level rooms in middle of the night sometimes"
