A favorite place to stay in Boston. Sweet location, close to the T, private, comfy, well-maintained and managed. Usually very quiet, though this particular stay was in a unit with thin walls/floors that allowed considerable noise that made it hard to sleep after housekeeping o'clock. We loved our stay at the Copley House. Our room was spacious, quaint and very comfortable. It felt more like an apartment than a hotel room. The bed was large and comfy, the kitchen quite good and the bathroom was upgraded and lovely. The staff was very helpful and printed some documents for us for a meeting we were attending. So appreciated! There is a wonderful mall just steps away with great shopping and restaurants. Our stay could not have been better, and we highly recommend as a GREAT value and place to call home while visiting Boston.

The location is amazing! It's just 3 blocks from the Boston Public Library & Trinity Cathedral, 2 landmarks worth seeing. It is located in a brownstone with charming rooms that feature fireplaces (not in use) & convenient kitchenettes, all kept very clean. The staff is very helpful & instructions for self check-in are easy. However, if you are handicapped or have tons of luggage, t's a no-go because there is no elevator.
