"My stay was great. Second time I’ve stayed here. Great location, close to the T and great service. Breakfast has many options and the shared bathroom is clean and always available. "

The property is old and needs to be more clearly described -- for example, "private bathroom" means a space reserved only for you - but at the opposite end of the hallway. Parking is very tight and needs to be reserved in advance - but it was not clear from the description. The third floor room without an elevator was ok for me but may not be for others. "

"The house was indeed tranquil and very clean. It included parking and was relatively convenient for our planned outing in Cambridge and our trip to the airport the next morning. The room was quite small, but the shared bathroom was convenient and clean. Before arriving, we received an email from the property informing us that check-in time would be 2 pm, but when we arrived a few minutes before 4 pm, we were informed that we could not enter until 4 (ultimately we got in a few minutes after 4)."

"The Coolidge Corner Guest House is a great place to stay if you are visiting Boston. It is one block off Brookline which has the "T" metro line that runs every fifteen minutes. The fare is waived if you are running the Boston Marathon. I really enjoyed the way the people in Boston treated the Marathoners, it is like nowhere else in the world. I hope I get an opportunity to run the Marathon again."

"Amazing location right on the beach and steps from an adorable corner store/ice cream shop. Brief walk away from restaurants and the light house. The house had some quirks but all of those were more than over looked by how amazing Bob and his family were at making our family feel right at home for the week we were there. We could not have asked for a better week. Suggestions for future guests: The lighter sleepers should sleep in the back 2nd floor bedrooms, closer to the living room tended to...

"This was one of the best Inn’s we’ve stayed in. Elizabeth was so pleasant and warm and the room was perfect. I couldn’t find a single thing that I would have changed or I was not happy with. She has everything you need and it was so comfortable. The area is safe and close to everything. "
