The Marriott was very clean and a great experience. Staff was kind and extremely supportive and helpful I would recommend this hotel to anyone who visits Boston.

One thing I didn’t like is that there are no microwaves in the room. I’m sure this is to drive sales for room service and the on-site restaurant, but with so many restaurants nearby, it’s hard not to bring back leftovers.

Once you stay at a Mandarin Oriental, you'll find it hard to go back. Rooms and bathrooms are excellent. Housekeeping service twice a day. In the evening they prepare the bed for sleeping, put down a bath mat on the carpet and slippers. Set the room lights down; empty the trash cans; fill the stainless steel ice bucket; refold the leading edge of the toilet paper into a convenient triangle (really!); replace the towels, glasses, turn on the TV, etc. Lots of electronic controls. Two phones...

The hotel staff were very friendly and accommodating. We arrived at 8am even though check in wasn't until 3pm and they gave us a room regardless. They let us check out late because we had a late flight as well. The room was exceptional - clean and comfortable - with a gas fireplace, stock bar, and other wonderful amenities. We will stay here again without a doubt.

Parking is expensive at $70 a day, but its worth it for the beautiful facilities and convenient location.

Was a great experience from the moment we arrived on Valentine's Day. Check-in was quick, and my girlfriend received a long-stem rose as part of the v-day raffle they held. From there the concierge assisted us in finding dinner reservations; we had little hope we'd get a table anywhere before 10pm when requesting on same day, more like late afternoon on Valentine's Day. I don't think we would've guessed this if you had asked us what our perfect dinner scenario might look like if time were no...

Great location

Love the location a few steps away from the airport and the T station!!the staff is wonderful and friendly, always doing their best to help, they have a great breakfast and the down town is just 5 minutes away in the train, this is definitely my go to when visiting the city

The outdoor pool was the coolest feature I have ever seen in a hotel! Such a great design, I could have spent all day up there.

Great hotel. Clean, modern, and well lit. Staff is very professional. It's in a quiet medical neighborhood. Has a food court on premises. Less than a 15 minute walk to Fenway.

The hotel was good, but much further to Fenway than it states online. More like a 15 min drive.

Upon arrival Sunday, At the front desk I was greeted by a Male from Peru wo work at the hotel at the front desk. He was very kind and helpful and most of all very professional. He checks my ID gave me two compliment bottle of water and guided me to the elevators. Upon walking to the rooms, is all you need for a good time two work away from work - clean room, desk bathroom bed made to perfection.
