「The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. The airport limousine service was convenient. Driver was thoughtful and attentive.
However, the room cleaning and restocking were a bit disappointing. A light bulb had gone out and wasn’t replaced, and the bathroom tissue was empty and not refilled. I didn’t mind that housekeeping was provided every other day, but I would have liked the shower area to be cleaned more thoroughly.」

「The pictures were accurate, and the rooms were spacious. However, the space was not clean. There was an unpleasant smell near the entrance. The oven and coffee maker were dirty, and there were chemicals all over the oven. The TV controllers were not working, but they looked for them and gave us replacement controls. Bring your own towels because the ones they provided had a bad smell, even though we only used them to step on after showering. Considering the price, I don’t think it was worth it.」
