「The rooms and beds were comfortable though the bathroom was tiny and hard to turn around in. Breakfast was a bunch of pre- packaged sweets and overly sugared " juices". Bagels, artificially sweetened yogurt, industry boiled eggs.Meh. Staff was ok except at 10 pm when a party was very loud, drunk, swearing in the hallway, sla.ming doors and generally disturbing the other guests.2 Nights on a row.Staff acted like we were jerks when we asked them to quiet them down.I believe staff had family there...

「ITS ALL ABOUT THE STAIRS. We are both in our 80s, and while this is a very nice B&B, most would mention that the room is on the second floor. 6 steps on the front porch, then 18 stairs to the second story. Coffee and a packaged roll, no fruit.」

The room was so clean, spacious and peaceful - and the staff is so friendly and accommodating and super quick in responding to any requests. I can't wait to stay here again!」

「１８６１年建造の建物の雰囲気が素敵だった。あちこち補修工事の必要は感じるが、バスルームは新しくなっていて使い良かった。 スタッフも親切で、ジレットスタジアムまでの送り迎えを無償で申し出てくれて、とても有難かった。 基本、車が無いと不便。スタジアムからの帰りは、パーキング５が臨時のタクシースタンドになるので、そこを利用するのが良い。Uberはまだあまりあてにならず。」

「Absolutely gorgeous property! Even though it's self check in, staff is around and are very attentive. Room was clean and bed was comfortable. Easy parking in the back. Great access to downtown Rockport and beaches. Will definitely stay here again!」
