It was graduation season when I stayed there, so it was a little loud, but I brought a sound machine, which helped a lot, since I am a light sleeper. Highly recommend this place--great location, close to lots of things to do, good food, and shopping. 」

「Great location! So close to public transportation. Property very clean. Note: stairs are very steep for any renter with mobility issues. I could not find a blow dryer (usually available in other properties we have rented). Also could use a few more pillows for those of us that like to use 2 pillows to sleep.」

「Condo sized perfectly for a family right in Boston with easy T access to all tourist locations throughout the city. We stayed in March 2024, and the issues in earlier comments highlighting heating issues or lack of soap had all been resolved and were not an issue, at least on our stay. Hosts were very responsive. No concerns and would stay again on another trip to Boston.」

Little details like extra bathroom supplies and even treats. Joanna, the host was fantastic to deal with and the property was just plain amazing. 「場所はボストンコモンにも歩いて行けて最高、朝食なども中華街のベーカリーで安く買えます。問題はアーリーチェックインを依頼していましたが、宿について聞いたところ聞いていないとのこと。また、メールでソファーベットを使うので寝具の追加を依頼していましたが、届いていない。その後コンシエルジュに依頼をしたが2日待っても来ず、別のコンシエルジュに話したところそのサービスはないとのこと。困っている旨を相談してやっと毛布のような寝具をもらった。連絡がうまくいっていない気がした。また、洗濯機や食洗器の使い方の説明もなくその都度、下に聞きに行った。場所も設備も満足のいくものであっただけに残念でした。」
