「Room and bathroom are clean. We got information to enter the building just on the day we check in, even though they said they send an email 48 hours in advance. So we were worry about it, but other services are good. 」

「The location is great and the price is quite inexpensive in this area.」

「We enjoyed our stay at the Chester, the room was clean and decorated beautifully so it felt like a home rather than a hotel room. I’d highly recommend the restaurant right next door, Mida, but make a reservation. If you need quiet this isn’t the place for you as it’s near a busy intersection so there are frequent sirens and car noise but we got used to it and the positives definitely outweighed the negative! 」

「Apartment with kitchen. Check-in and check-out were all done online and I stayed without contact with anyone. The location is great. Cleaning, towel changes, etc. are optional, so if you don't ask for options, you are free and free to not see anyone during your stay.」

「I don’t know why this place has gotten some bad reviews. This was a great stay. Clean, safe, very convenient. It’s right across the street from the ferry that takes you across the harbor to long wharf or seaport district. And also a close walk to the subway. The apartment itself was beautiful. Loved it. The indoor pool was great especially for the couple of rainy days we had during our visit. Such a great stay!」
