We found it to be very convenient with the T a short walk away, and a Whole Foods and Target as well as several wonderful restaurants (the bagel place and Korean restaurant on the corner in particular) nearby. It actually had 4 bedrooms and it was spacious and comfortable. Now, it did have some street noise as well as noisy neighbors upstairs!
