The apartment was the perfect base to explore the city, lovely shops, restaurants and homes all around.. Underground station very close by. Attention to detail in the apartment was excellent, linens, crockery, everything you could need. The roof terrace was an absolute delight, special views and we barbecued, which was such fun. Sue was the most attentive hostess, nothing was too much trouble . Loved our visit.

The hosts were so helpful at check in and throughout our stay! The unit was clean, comfortable and had everything we needed, including basic cooking essentials and some extras. The location was a block away from the subway making it so easy for us to travel to all parts of the city. I would stay here again for sure!

Amazing venue

I have stayed in numerous VRBO locations, but this property was by far the most impressive of all. The attention to detail, communications with owner, location, and roof top patio were first class.

Family vacation in boston

Pleasant walk to Fenway, and close to a train stop. The apartment is beautiful and well appointed. Also comes with a stunning view of the skyline.

Beautiful Property!

We loved staying at this wonderful property. Susan and her husband David greeted us when we got in, helped us with our bags, and showed us around the unit. Location was amazing for walking places. It was perfect for our stay, and had everything we could possibly need - and more. We WILL be back!

Christmas in Boston

This place is a gem with incredible owners. They were absolutely helpful in any way with recommendations as well . The brownstone was simply perfect with all amenities needed. Owners were sure to check on us and make sure there was nothing needed. Instructions were perfect as far as check in/check out . Would 100% recommend for your stay

An outstanding stay in Boston

Our family had a great experience. The location is perfect for a vibrant stay in the center of Boston. The property is well designed and has a great view from the rooftop deck. One of the best things was our host, Sue, who was communicative, friendly, and gave us just the right amount of attention. She was super easy to work with and just a pleasure to reach out to. The property is on a busy city street, so it took a little getting used to the noise on the first night, but after getting some earplugs, we had a really great night’s sleep. We would definitely stay here again.

Excellent Accommodation

Sue and David are amazing hosts who went out of their way to welcome us and make us feel at home. The property is beautiful and the million dollar view from the rooftop deck is not to be missed. The property also has a lot of amenities and is very well stocked. We would highly recommend this property.

Beautiful apartment

I stayed for 4 nights. The apartment is comfortable, clean and very nicely decorated. The owners were very good communicators. The kitchen had absolutely everything you would want for cooking. Highly recommend!

Quintessential Brownstone in the Perfect Location

Susan and her husband went above and beyond to ensure our stay was everything it could be and more. From accommodating us early to stocking the pantry with cooking essentials, our stay was relaxing and wonderful from start to finish. I would recommend this property to anyone and everyone. The location is perfect in the heart of downtown and you are easily able to access any part of town. 10/10 would recommend!

Fantastic week in Boston!

We absolutely loved this apartment and would definitely stay again! It was spotlessly clean, stocked with everything we needed, and in a great location. We used it as a base while we moved our son into BU and it worked out perfectly. The T is just down the street, and Sue also let us use a parking space behind the building for a small fee, which was a huge help. All in all, we would highly recommend this apartment and we'll be back! Thank you Sue for your wonderful hospitality during our stay.

Fell in love with Boston

Our family's first trip to Boston and we will definitely be back. We loved the close proximity to the T and how easy and clean the public transportation is. There were many wonderful restaurants within walking distance. We can't say enough about the views from the roof top deck. We had many lovely moments having coffee in the morning and a glass of wine before dinner with the stunning views of Boston around us. The apartment was very clean and nicely decorated. Many thanks to the gracious hosts who were very helpful with restaurant recommendations and general info about Boston.

Beautiful penthouse close to Boston T

Loves this two bedroom brownstone penthouse in Boston. We were on same block as Boston T which is the only way to get around with no parking and crazy traffic in Boston. The wonder provided coffee, cream, water filtration pitcher which we appreciated. Loved having laundry. Clean well stocked home! Would stay again!

Absolutely perfect

Best rental I’ve ever had. Apartment is exceptional and stocked like home. There was fresh cream in the fridge, spices,pots and pas, you name it. Attention to detail was great. Immaculately clean and well appointed. She was a delight to work with and very helpful in every way. Can not recommend highly enough.

Great view

Wonderful hosts and property. Everything was as pictured and then some. Hosts responded quickly to questions. They supplied great additions. Coffee and creamer and sugar. Made first morning so easy. Lots of pots and glasses and anything needed to make a meal at home. The roof top deck was a wonderful way to have coffee in the morning and cocktails at night. Great location.

A neat week in Boston

Close to the T (about 2 minute walk to the orange line), we didn't need a car to get anywhere and that was a relief. Very open living space with kitchen/living room together. Unfortunately was too cold when we visited to take full advantage of the rooftop deck but we did get to use the BBQ one day and enjoy the sights briefly. Only drawback is city living (road noise) but plenty of support with blackout shades and earplugs. The host was very responsive to questions and our check-in process.Will definitely return when we are back in town.

Look no further!

This was our first trip to Boston, we wanted to truly experience the city and stay in a brownstone and be in the heart of everything, well this is it!! Beautiful brownstone walking distance to almost everything you need and want to see and do. Jump on the T or take an Uber so convenient. Sue is such a great hostess she goes out of her way to make sure you have everything you need and makes you feel right at home. We were so impressed with everything and so happy that we found this property and would highly recommend to anyone who wants to experience the true essence of Boston and we will definitely stay again.

NOW THIS IS BOSTON!!!

I Love this place. It is all about the privacy & the VIEWS! Both bedrooms have bay windows with city views, but the 2nd floor of this penthouse is a roof top refuge. Dinning alfresco is expected, & at night the Boston Skyline was our own private light show! Sue & David,(the Host's) were so accommodating, before I arrived, to the day I left. What I really loved was how they took an 1800yr old Brownstone left the history and character, but modernized it for comfort. Fantastic location walk to almost everything. I can't wait to go back!! Thank you Sue & David for giving me a memory I will never 4get!! FYI they have more properties then just this one.

Great place in the heart of Northeastern University /South End

We wanted room to spread out while visiting our college daughter and taking work meetings. So much better than a hotel room! Comfortable bed, laundry in the building, great kitchen, lovely rooftop deck. It’s in the bush Massachusetts Avenue, so a bit loud with city noise in the morning (hosts supplied earplugs, black out shades on the window). Plenty of outlets, a wireless printer…great for WFH between live meetings. Very close to the T, buses, terrific restaurants, beautiful community gardens and Northeastern’s campus. Susan and David were super responsive and very friendly.
