The apartment was small as expected, but fairly clean and large enough to sleep people in two beds. The cook stove took 45 minutes to boil a pot of water so we could not cook. I called the property manager on the first day and nobody responded until the day before we left.

We did not end up staying in this unit. You could smell mold the minute you walked in. We found out there was black mold everywhere in the window conditioning unit that was blowing on high before we entered. It took several hours and lots of phone calls to get us out of the unit and into one that wasn’t a bio-hazard. We never saw the local property manager, nor did he return our call. As far as cleanliness, looks like staff did “just enough”.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this studio condo in North Truro. The space is thoughtfully designed—bright, clean, and cozy, with everything you need for a comfortable Cape Cod girls weekend getaway. The location couldn’t be better. Nestled in peaceful North Truro, it’s just a short walk to the beach, where the sunsets are incredible. The free shuttle to and from Provincetown picked us up right in front of the unit, so you get the best of both worlds—quiet relaxation and easy access to amazing restaurants, shops, and nightlife. The hosts were welcoming and responsive, making check-in smooth and stress-free. They clearly care about the property and guests’ experiences. If you’re looking for a spot that’s charming, convenient, and a perfect home base for exploring the Outer Cape, this studio condo is it. I’ll definitely be coming back!

Short n' sweet

We stayed three nights at the Pagodas. Absolutely loved the beach being across street from us. The room itself was very cute but kind of awkward. I liked the little kitchenette area but when I messaged the property and asked them if there was cookware, cooking and eating utensils.. they told me no and so I brought all of my own stuff which ended up being uneccessary because the kitchen was fully stocked. All of the stuff I brought ended up being pointless and took up a lot of space in a rather small space. The actual toilet/shower room was TINY. The fridge was convenient but I wished there was an actual freezer section, I was counting on it for some of my food. The bed was comfy (I like a firm bed)... the pull-out couch was great. And I had also wished there were more space to put your clothes. There was only one dresser and it was full of extra bedding and towels which made it unusable to us. So, we were "living out of our suitcases." Other than that, proximity to Provincetown was great... the free shuttle comes right down that road every half hour. There's a grill to use on the lower level, which I definitely took advantage of. Overall, we enjoyed our stay!

The apartment was in a good location. It was not clean at all to my satisfaction. There was hair, dead bugs, etc. the walls are spattered with food, etc. the windows are disgusting to open. The floors were not clean. It was what I wound call “good enough” and def not a place I would return nor recommend.

Don’t waste your money

No TV when we got there. No wifi. No cereal bowls. No hot water for the majority of our stay. It was t exactly hot weather either so just shocking. Not once did anybody offer us extra toilet rolls or clean towel in the eleventh days we stayed there. My hair smelt of mould for the entire time.

Loved the location but the unit itself was not hospitable. Advertised for 4, 3 of us were tripping all over each other. No microwave, no freezer space, teeny tiny fridge. Chose a place with kitchette so we could prepare meals. Nearly impossible. No where to store clothes or suitcases. Had to remove them from the couch and bed every night to sleep. Locked cupboard took up a lot of valuable space - should only be advertised for 2 people - the online pictures were deceiving. This place was at the top of our budget but amenities were very sparse.

Nice condo, great location

We really liked this condo. It was reasonably priced, and is sort of like a nice hotel room. It’s not big, but we were visiting friends at the Days Cottages down the street, so the location was perfect for us. And the beach near this condo is very close (5 minute walk) and nice, too. We locked ourselves out the first day (the lock/unlock sticks) and Vacasa was tough to reach on the phone. However, we then saw a sign outside with the contact info for the on-site manager. At that point, it was resolved quickly (within 10 minutes). The outside chairs are in the shade most of the day (after early morning), so it’s a nice place to sit. You get a nice breeze off the water (which is even visible).

Private beach!

The apartment itself was very small! But having a small private beach right across the street made it all worth it! Perfect place to stay if you plan to be out and about most of your visit. Very close to PTown and other fun spots

Our Stay

This property was across the street from the beach, which we loved. It was also close to Provincetown, which had a lot of nice restaurants. The condo itself was very small. With two suitcases, it was difficult to move around and there was nowhere to put them and also nowhere to hang clothes. The bathroom was also very tiny and the inside shower curtain had some mold on it and the bathroom itself smelled like mildew. Otherwise, it worked for a few days, especially because we were at the beach or out most of the day.

Good things: place was very clean when we arrived (except shower curtain--see below). There's a small table and 2 chairs not pictured in listing--good for eating breaky and lunch. Plenty of extra blankets/towels in armoir. WiFi reliable and strong. Conveniently located near beach (across 6A). Right on busline to Ptown. Not so good things: really no space to stow your stuff; no hooks or hangers anywhere in main room; no bureau to unpack into or shelves on which to place luggage. Zero counter space. Photos show microwave mounted under cabinet. Nope, it is set on the counter, leaving almost no space to prep food. Refrigerator is tiny. Inner shower curtain was moldy and nasty. No sidewalks or shoulders on road. Overall it was fine for a short stay for 2 people. I can't even imagine having 4 people crammed in such a small space.
