Our beautiful historical stone building is in a pedestrian shopping zone across the street from Macy's and many department stores. Roche Bros' grocery, Starbucks, Caffe Nero, George Howell, Gypsy Place, restaurants, Crossing Food Court, and CVS are all within a 3-minute walking distance. Between the financial district, Chinatown, the Boston Common, and various revolutionary-era landmarks like the Freedom Trail, Old State House, Old South Meeting House, King's Chapel, etc., are peppered throughout the city. Downtown Crossing is also the ideal commuting location, as it’s close to South Station and numerous other subway stations. It’ll be easy to get to any location in the Boston area from here without the need for a car or Uber! *** Special Event: The Greater Boston area is hosting seven World Cup matches between June 9 and July 9, 2026. If you're coming to town for the tournament, MBTA's Gillette Stadium Train (locally known as the Patriot Train) provides a direct ride from Boston's South Station, which is only an 8-minute walk from our building. Note: Boston Stadium Train tickets for five Group Stage matches go on sale Wednesday, April 8, at 11 AM, only in the mTicket mobile app.
Other things to note:
** Please, no pets. I have a severe allergy to fur, hay, and dust, which can result in severe reactions upon exposure.
** Please consider purchasing travel insurance in case unforeseen circumstances arise.
** Parking is hard to find and expensive for a major city such as Boston. Please check out a website called ‘Spot Hero’ or download the ‘BestParking’ App to find the most updated options and prices! It's usually cheaper if you make reservations online.
** Please be aware that, like most major cities in the world, there is potential city noise.
** The Property has security cameras placed in the public hallways by BM and homeowners. This video footage is not shared and is recorded for liability reasons in the cases of a break-in, death, injury, guests sneaking in pets, guests disregarding the maximum occupancy allowed, and in no way infringes upon the guests’ expectations of privacy in these public areas of the property. Any attempt at disabling or obscuring the cameras is prohibited and may result in the guest being evicted without a refund. The full deposit will be forfeited if any of the above are found. You will also be asked to leave the property immediately without any money returned.
