"Check in was great. I'm tall, so I struggle with looking down at name tags. It feels awkward, especially if someone presents as female, I am a male. My check in attendant was helpful, kind, and knowledgeable. I appreciate them, but I didn't catch their name. Maybe at check there could be a nameplate? Or perhaps it's just me. Thanks!"

"My husband was in a local hospital, and I stayed if he seemed unstable or I needed to be there early. Check in was difficult one evening as I made the reservation only 2-3 hours earlier. Also using a "third party" was mentioned as if I was a secondhand citizen for doing so. The room itself was perfectly comfortable with amenities including a microwave, fridge and a Kuerig. The room was warm and lights were on, welcoming for someone stressed and alone. The paper products were cheap. Would not hesitate to stay there again."
