"The location couldnt have been better for our visit to Harvard. We were within walking distance of everything.Busline and trains were also right near. There are 4 stories and no elevator which was alot with our luggage. The stairs were steep. Breakfast had a nice variety. The rooms were acceptable. The staff was very friendly."

"The experience was terrible. Hotel is so dated and in dire need of a massive overhaul. The restaurant sucks. Front desk is not helpful and needs to be trained properly. The attitude overall is tired and like you’re a nuisance. Arguably one of the worst hotels I stayed at. And it says it’s a 4 star hotel is comical. A 3 star is a stretch. Stay far away. Never again will me or my companies employees stay at Hyatt regency. "

"The young man that checked us in amd out was amazing. So kind and helpful. Good local advice! Love the feel of the hotel, very safe and warm. The staff was so friendly everywhere we went. Starbucks open at 6am was a life saver!"

"Love this hotel! The complimentary breakfast was excellent, the room was clean and the hotel was very convenient -- a 5 minute walk--from the MIT conference I was attending. Great restaurants close by. The windows open--so good ventilation too. Would stay here again in a heartbeat. "

"Very slow WiFi. No breakfast till 10 on weekends. No coffee bar in the lobby. Some of the staff at the desk seemed like they were just passing time, not really interested in customer service. "
