Dispose of trash in the bins at the front of the house. Green bins for trash, blue top bins for recycling. Please DO NOT put trash in the recycling bins, as it wouldn’t get picked up.

If possible (not required), please start a load of laundry with the used towels. This will be super helpful for our cleaner!

Please ensure the grill is cleaned if you used it during your stay. It helps us keep everything in great shape for the next guests. Turn off air conditioners and lights.

Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Rules

NO SMOKING is allowed on the property (including front and back porches, and backyard). A violation of this policy will result in a $300 penalty fee.

No pets allowed. Quiet hours: 9pm - 7am No unauthorized guests, visitors or parties of any kind.

Shoes off are encouraged to reduce noise for our first floor neighbor. The backyard in the property is NOT available during the winter (Dec-Mar).

Great stay - clean, well-stocked home.

We were in town for my daughter’s graduation. The house was perfect for my family of four and were able to host another family for dinner as well. Kitchen is stocked very well, nice full sets of dishes, flatware, appliances. Everything in good condition. Comfy beds, soft sheets, very responsive helpful host. Thanks!!
