"The location is spectacular but that’s definitely the best part of this hotel. The king bed was a cheap mattress with thin bedding. The check-in took a long time because the two people in front of us were lodging long complaints and there was only one person working. We only stayed one night. "

"Beautiful hotel ! We arrived early and were able to check in early which was amazing and gave us time to settle in & then go explore ! Room was extremely clean & modern ! Lobby bar was excellent & great bartender ! Also really enjoyed the valet parking , all the drivers & front door men were extremely nice & helpful ! I’ll definatley be back for another stay :)"

"Loved the bar. Breakfast was overpriced and just meh. Room was clean. Good water pressure in shower. As the hotel is directly over a highway, that can directly impact a person's experience. If you're used to noise, you'll be fine, add a start to my review. If you're used to quiet, don't stay here, take a star off of my review. Even up on the 7th floor, all I got was two hours of sleep as the noise from the traffic (and the train) was more than I could deal with. Sorry. Move this hotel a 1/4 mile and I'd be fine with it."

"We arrived early morning flight so we did early check in with fee charged. The room was clean but has very small window and it was a little complicated to find a room. It had some talking noise from other room for a while. Location was good for us to visit Northeastern University which was walking distance and easy to take bus or subway but it was hard to get a ticket for public transportation. Overall it was good choice to stay for a few days."
