「Great location in a wonderful town, which was walkable from the house. Quiet neighbourhood with ample safe road for our dog to be walked without constant cars.Perfect house for family, plenty of space good natural light on the main kitchen and sitting area floor. 」

「Sweet spot on the mighty Merrimac river. Great location. Walk over the bridge to Newburyport. Stayed off season. Room was clean, nicely furnished. No staff onsite, that I was aware of. Code was emailed, and let ourself in.」

「Cons: The underside of the dining table was disgustingly sticky. Theres a few holes/dents in the walls and cracks in the shower. The freezer in the mini fridge was dirty. The walls are thin, you can hear stomping from above. It is more of a motel than a hotel. Pros: the staff was nice for check-in and checkout. Theres a microwave, a decently sized bathroom, we could park immediately in front of the room, so it was easy to move things. 」

「They only have a light continental breakfast which does not work for me due to my food allergies so I go out. I miss there hot full breakfast. Parking is plentiful and the location is great. 」

「We enjoyed our two night stay immensely. How could we not, with a lovely view of Good Harbor Beach and a seven minute walk to get there. The staff was EXTREMELY helpful and welcoming. The property is clean, attractive and well maintained and the Continental Breakfast was well-stocked and appreciated. The ONLY downsides: the water, which took several minutes to get hot (which they made us aware of at check-in) and the shower which was a bit crowded with the soap dispensers on the wall. And...
