「Very friendly and helpful staff」

「The room was clean, but small. The shower was super tiny, but I knew this was an old building, so I didn't expect huge open spaces. The decor was cute, and the breakfast options were good. There was an issue with the electricity in my room the first night. Only 2 outlets worked, the one in the bathroom, and the one that the air conditioner was plugged into. It wasn't a huge deal. I was able to get an extension cord so I could plug in my electronics. I checked in later, so I did bring it up with...

「I was here for a total of one hour. This is not a hotel, it's a motel with a major highway right next to it. The room smelled bad, my TV didn't work, and the sheets didn't fit the bed. The bed was also really low to the ground as it consisted of a wood platform with one mattress on it. I was on the first floor and people above me were walking around so much and that's all I could hear. I will never stay here. Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere!」
