When I am paying $175.00 to spend the night at a hotel, I don't want to be told that my room isn't ready. I paid to check in at 4pm and was told upon arriving that it wasn't ready and to possibly find something to do with myself for 30 minutes or so, while they work on it. This is not okay, not in any way, shape or form. At least offer me a drink and a snack while I wait. On the plus side, the hotel is really nice, the room is beautiful. Very clean!!

Positive:Off highway, convenient to grocery store Negative: back door entry fob broken. Parking limited in front, back poorly lighted, felt unsafe. Room carpet stunk! As you enter room. I complained at front desk & in clearly automated text to my phone. No response. No additional cleaning. Mirror over sink has either black mold or filthy. Daily clean? Nope, they took old towels, brought new. Trash wasn’t emptied. Sheets pulled up on bed like my 10 yo would do. Staff at desk need personality. I had stayed at another H Inn week before and completely different in cleaning, stafff presentation and conditions of room. Was going to stay two wks at this one and have canceled. Going elsewhere! Staying is my 2nd home as I work away. Very disappointed!!!

Our room smelled terrible. It was so bad that we booked a room at a different hotel for the rest of our stay. When we told the front desk staff about the smell, we were basically blown off because they were full. I will never stay here again
