Housekeeping was amazing, it was clean. However, the constriction on the building made it a nightmare with the frigid temps. The keys randomly stopped working and I was told it was a common occurance. Skipped the breakfasts we prepaid because of the inconveniences of trydging thru snow incbelow zero weather to get there- we were furthest possible from there. 10/10 likely will not return because it was nothing but inconvenience the entire stay and a waste of money.

We had a great experience at the Crowne Plaza Hotel in Boston. The price was very reasonable, and the hotel itself is beautiful, well-maintained, and extremely clean. The room was very well organized and spotless, which made our stay even more comfortable. The staff was wonderful, friendly, attentive, and welcoming from start to finish. Even though we only stayed for one night, it was more than enough to leave a great impression. We would absolutely stay at this hotel again if we return to Boston for another event or decide to plan a different itinerary in the city.

Only 3 stars because the shower caulk joints were brown, bed only had 1 type of pillow, bed was spring filled and soft, no water in room and very very dry air. No USB charger ports that worked. Pros: Size of room was great. Linens and towels clean and the room smelled wonderful. Quiet. Easy parking.

I will adjust rating on Monday if the extra $200+ random charge is dropped or not. It’s been pending since arrival as they had me swipe but was wrong amount, so reswiped another card. None of the amounts made any sense. Now waiting to see if pending disappears. Hotel itself is undergoing renovations and will be very nice. Expedia didn’t tell me anywhere that pool was closed during these renovations, it only states it on the actual hotel site. Traveling with my daughter and chose this hotel over 2 others in the area because of pool and just my luck no pool available, so had a disappointed 9 year old. Hotel was clean, staff was great, bed comfy.

Room and location were great. Sports bar downstairs has very good pub food. My only gripe was we are 15 minutes from Boston and the cable in the room doesn’t have NESN to watch the Red Sox.
