"The property is nicely located but in need of updates. A lot of the lamps are plug in vs light switch and there were some flickering lights behind the TV. One lamp was missing a light bulb. No outlet in the bathroom for a hair dryer. The second bathroom is missing a door handle making it hard to open and close. We were unable to reach the ceiling fan chain without having to get on the bed, The Air Conditioner wasn't working on he first floor which made it a bit stuff but with open windows at...

"The room was fantastic, very clean, great facilities, very comfortable👍 Staff were fantastic and very helpful. Great that airport shuttle and breakfast were free. Highly recommended."

"The Inn itself is quite tired looking. The rooms are not the best, their is not a small fridge and they do not smell the best. But, the pretty much bare essentials are provided and the bed was clean and actually much more comfortable than beds in many other hotels that are seemingly much less tired. The staff was helpful and very pleasant, the breakfast bar looked decent, but not overwhelming with items. I did take a muffin to go and it was very good. The restaurant was open for ordering food and sadly, my husband had just gotten dentures and could not eat but we would have tried it. It would be a place I definitely would consider again. My only wish above everything else is that it smelled more pleasant. An old place has a hard time achieveing that though. "

"This is all about location. Location. Location. It’s central to everything! I was at the end, so can’t say much about hall noise. Only one elevator was working, and that one was slow, so give yourself time to catch it. Hot water took awhile to heat up, but after it did, was good. The beds & pillows are great, I found them to be really soft and comfortable. The staff were nothing but great to me. I came in the dead heat of summer and the a/c is set pretty high and has one setting. Blast off. So if you’re not a fan of air blasting on you (I am not) this may not be the perfect place for you."

"The check-in was fast and easy. The staff was friendly. Our room was clean and very comfortable. In the morning, we enjoyed the free breakfast with omelettes and waffles. We were able to hang out in the lobby for awhile until the free shuttle took us to the airport. Very convenient."

"Excellent property, staff were very friendly and ensured your needs were taken care of. Rooms spacious and very clean. My only complaint about the room is the shower design. The drain cover in the shower is made of metal so when the water is shut off, water still drips from the shower head and onto the metal drain cover making noise. Could be bothersome for people even with the bathroom door closed but the noise can be easily muffled by throwing a towel where the water drips. Parking is paid and was a bit pricy but other than that, excellent hotel with great proximity to the MBTA Blue line."

"Went to visit family and stayed here because of proximity. The pool was definitely a bonus! Marielle was exceptionally welcoming. She made sure we were ok. The entire front desk staff was amazing. Room needed minor repairs but overall amazing time. Would stay here again!"

"We have stayed here many times before and it was nice to stay in an updated room, However the light for the bathroom is very difficult to find, it is behind the bathroom door. When entering the room after a long drive my husband went into the bathroom could not find the light and walked into the corner of the shower wall and cut his head quite badly. Informed staff but was told I am not the owner, I do not know what you want me to do? We stated we wanted to inform you what happened and that the light is very difficult to find. Not a great way to start a vacation."
