A storm blew through during our stay which made the power go out for a short period of time. 「The property is nicely located but in need of updates. A lot of the lamps are plug in vs light switch and there were some flickering lights behind the TV. One lamp was missing a light bulb. No outlet in the bathroom for a hair dryer. The second bathroom is missing a door handle making it hard to open and close. 「The hotel is very nice. It is clean, well priced, located nice for dining etc. Staff was helpful at check-in, wifi was strong. The only down side is they don't give a breakfast which is fine, but the dining options in hotel are minimal so we always ate breakfast and dinner out.」

「Our stay was such a pleasant experience. My friend and I came to visit Salem. The hotel was a little less expensive, and it suited our needs perfectly. Since there is no reception, everything is conducted online. Once we had the room code, checking in was simple. The room was really nice. We stayed in one of the basement apartments. It was clean and had everything we needed. There was a sheet of paper with instructions for anything you might need, supply closet, laundry, contact information etc....
