"We had an excellent stay at the Beauport! The room was surprisingly large, clean, and well designed. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The food and drinks were great. The adults only rooftop pool was fantastic. Special shout-out to Colby for taking care of us on the rooftop. The only cons were the noise outside early in the morning from the dockyards and the agressive birds on the deck. Overall an excellent stay. Will definitely recommend and hope to come back soon."
Cozy two bedroom house in the heart of Gloucester

"The house was clean, spacious, and comfortable. We walked to restaurants, the train station, and a variety of attractions throughout the week. We had a little trouble with accessing the house initially - the code for the door lock did not work. But our host was quickly responsive and fixed the situation quickly. We were able to use a new code in just a few minutes. The towels and bed linens were clean and in very good condition. As were the kitchen appliances. There were a plethora of books on the shelves to enjoy during our stay. The living room and dining furniture were comfortable and attractive. In Gloucester and the surrounding towns, we visited museums, took a sunset sail on a schooner, a whale watch cruise, and had great visits to the beaches. From the station, we took a train to visit Boston - only an hour's ride. I highly recommend this great rental space as well as the wonderful vacation destination."

"I couldn't have enjoyed my stay more! The space is absolutely beautiful - bright, sunny, spotless, and so thoughtfully and artistically decorated. I felt welcomed from the moment I arrived. The snacks and refreshments were such a lovely touch, and the communication throughout the stay was clear and easy.It is well located a 10-15 minute walk from the shoreline and center of Gloucester and an easy Lyft or Uber ride. Its an easy train ride from Boston and a 10 minute walk once off the train.The surroundings are beautiful, and the space itself was incredibly comfortable. It had everything I needed from washer dryer, to well appointed kitchen and the bed was woderful, the sheets and linens were high quality (something I notice and appreciate!) I felt I had everything I needed to feel at home. It was the perfect place to stay for my weeklong yoga teacher training. I would happlily stay there again!"

"Very cute. Comfortable bed. Great location. Walking distance to a lot of places. Great communication with owner. Only drawback is the steep narrow stairs to access. Hard to get big bags up and down. Another minor drawback and may not be for everyone but it doesn’t have a microwave."

"Our stay at the house was very enjoyable. The place was spacious and stocked with all of the necessities that a vacationing family could ask for, in addition to games, beach chairs, etc. The property was very clean and the views were incredible! There are neighbors on the second floor, but we never heard them at all. We did, however, meet them, and they were pleasant and helpful. Would definitely recommend this rental for its close proximity to the beach as well as being right in the heart of downtown."
