"I booked a double queen, but was given a king room. We had to switch. My ice bucket had a used kureg pod and a dirty Qtip in it. It took 45 minutes to get a clean ice bucket. The pool was empty, guard on duty and the pool was dirty. He did nothing but sit at his station. I'll never stay here again."
