"Ron made the entire process very easy and was great to deal with! He was very accommodating for everything and goes out of his way to make your stay as enjoyable as possible! According to previous reviews, this place was not the greatest in the past. Ron recently purchased this property and has been doing extensive renovations to the entire place and really turning things around! I think that in a little more time and a few more renovations, things will be even better!"

"Our first impression was the mailbox duct taped to the post. Our second impression was to find the key (that was supposed to be in a lockbox) merely laying on the porch railing. That is probably because there was no lockbox. Inside the duct tape continued. The was an absolutely filthy stove with the handle duct taped on. "Cozy clean property that allows pets. Outdoor fire pit area was great and perfectly private. I also loved that the property had a private beach area with lounge chairs. I used the grill and had brunch on the patio table. So nice to enjoy the water from so many parts of the property. Area is quiet and a 7 min walk to Onset Center where you can grab icecream or on some weekdays there’s an even in town. Close to plazas for other needs."
