"Clean facility and decent breakfast"

"We reserved a regular room and were given a smoking room. The attendant told us it was the last room. Therefore, they didn't respect our reservation as they gave our room away to someone else. The bathroom was terrible. The toilet seat was chipped and the handle on the faucet on the sink was broken. There wasn't even a hair dryer."

"The room was okay (though the laminate floor was dirty) but the bathroom was greatly in need of thorough cleaning and updates. Significant mold on the bottom of the shower curtain. "

"Breakfast consisted of coffee and a few prepackaged mini muffins. No milk or cream for the coffee just two pump flavor creamers. The chair in the room was worn, torn and dirty! The microwave scorched inside. The chair looked like it was from the dump! Had to complain repeatedly after getting the excuse “Sorry that’s one of our rooms we need to renovate and there’s nothing we can do since we’re all booked!” Hours later after going to dinner and asking to speak to the manager (who never called) and we got a replacement chair from what looked like the lobby! There were numerous people sleeping in cars in the parking lot without parking cards, even though it was mandatory to display one. They also refused to move us to another room “as they were all booked up” at 3pm when checking in started and there were still people arriving at 6pm! I truly believe booking through Expedia means “Worst rooms & We really don’t care since you didn’t pay us!” Horrid stay!"

"The bed was great. The rest was clean but nothing special, typical hotel. Staff was in sight but not particularly friendly or welcoming. Parking in back had a Lott of construction materials in parking spaces."
