"The property was clean and the staff were very helpful. I liked the fresh orange water and cookies left out every afternoon. The breakfast was good and beyond a continental breakfast."

"The hallway had no A/C, and it was extremely hot to walk to the room. Got to the room, couldn't get the A/C below 74 degrees (had to change rooms). The room was adequate in size and clean; however, it took 10 minutes to get hot running water in the shower. Breakfast serving and display were average. The hotel is advertised with a restaurant and bar. Although it was there, it's a totally separate food-chain restaurant in the basement (Ninety-Nine). Feel the hotel could've given a better description."

"My mother & I stayed here for 1 night out of our 3 night stay. The motel was dingey and not clean at all. We checked in at 11pm after a long drive from Nova Scotia to a bathroom that looked like it hadn't been cleaned in months. There was hair in the corners of the file on the floor, black mold on the ceilings and the shower curtain had pink mold along the lining. I intended to take pictures, but when we left for the day the next morning, someone did come in and clean, and must've FINALLY noticed the The beds were not comfortable and the pillows felt like sheets were stuffed in them. 0/10 experience. I would never recommend someone to stay here regardless of the price difference from others in the surrounding areas. I'll pay extra for cleanliness and comfort."

"I am upset about the billing. I was charged twice. When checked in I gave a card and the staff person said decline. Strange. There was system error. Ok , did a payment go thru? I asked 3 x. No it didn’t. I gave another card. Payment went thru. The next day checked out. Check my first card that was declined. It went thru. Called the card. They gave me the approvel number. Called Sheraton and was told an investigation was started. That was Sunday. Haven’t heard yet. Today is Tuesday 6/9/26"
