「When I am looking for a VRBO after location, I need two things cleanliness and friendliness. This host and property had both. The host had wonderful communication skills and we stayed in contact throughout the visit. As for cleanliness it was perfect. I traveled with my three kids 12, 14 and 16, my wife and father. They all were comfortable and had positive things to stay with the listing. And everyone commented on how clean the place was. My daughter said it even smelled clean. Great stay....

「Great location convenient to downtown 」

「This condo was perfect for our family of 5 for a quick stay in Boston. The host thought of everything—ear plugs, sound machines, fully stocked kitchen. It was clean and tastefully decorated with Boston themed decor. It was a quick walk to Sullivan Square, making it easy to get around the whole city. Assembly Row is just a short walk under the highway—shopping, dining, entertainment. Thank you for a great Boston stay!! 」

「Our family has stayed at a lot of properties over the years, but never has there been one so utterly charming, so perfectly appointed, and that immediately felt like home. This one wins the prize, hands down. Mark has thought of literally everything and nothing is left to question. 「Pros: Perfect home for us to stay 4 nights with our Frenchie dog with the small fenced yard to safely and easily let her out. Host Jay responded quickly to every question before our stay. Apartment was clean and check in was easy. Gilman Square T station was about 2 blocks away so getting downtown was easy. All the kitchen equipment you need, and towels and bedding were good quality. Summer temps were in the 90's and the A/C worked great throughout the entire apartment. This rental felt like we...

「Very complete and nothing missing you’d want in a rental (toaster, electric tea kettle, Keurig machine are provided also). Area and apt itself are quite quiet. AC cooled down place nicely. Safe neighborhood and host is very responsive. Towels are soft and high quality. Included parking permit allowed for free & close street parking. Best Welcome/Orientation Book we’ve ever seen in a rental.」

「Comfortable, well stocked and quiet apartment. Great view of rowers on the Charles. Only about a 10 minute walk to the T in Harvard Square. Off street parking is a huge bonus. Driveway is tight and it could be a problem if there were several cars, but not for us as we mostly left the car. There are two flights of stairs, but they are well lit and manageable. 」

「Though a tight space, cozy is a fitting descriptor. Five adult sized bodies fit fine. Communication was fast, clear, and helpful. We had everything we needed, including some pantry basics. It can't be overstated how important an assigned parking spot is in this area! The location is really easy to get to from the airport and to get into Medford/Cambridge/Boston quickly. The window a/c units worked great to cool the bedrooms down for sleep. This is not a ding but bring a sleep mask if you need...

「Very clean inside and a great location! Only a few minutes walk to the orange line and a 20 minute train ride to the heart of Boston. Check in and out are easy. Everything you need to have simple meals at the house and a hot bath before bed. The bedroom with bunk beds is nicely set up for people with young children. The window AC units kept up with the 95 degree days that we had during our stay. I almost forgot to mention that there are plenty of hooks for clothes and towels, etc!!! It's so nice...

「Great location near restaurants, shops and activities in Cambridge. This unit has everything you need in a hotel sized room. Additional space available to guests includes a rooftop with loungers and a BBQ, work space, communal kitchen and TV lounge which is nice. My preference would be for one king bed instead of two queen beds as you could use the extra space. Good for a single or couple.」
