"Our stay at Solaria Hotel Hanoi was absolutely exceptional! While it is a smaller boutique hotel without big-chain amenities, it more than makes up for it with incredible service, character, and quality. It honestly surpasses larger hotels because of it! From arrival, everything was seamless. The hotel arranged a private airport transfer, and a bellboy came out down the block to greet us and carry our bags. We were welcomed by David, who was amazing. Warm, friendly, and efficient, he made us feel at home right away. During check-in, we were served a refreshing drink and cold towels, and David personally ensured everything was perfect. The honeymoon touches with towel art and rose petals were such a special surprise! The room was spotless, stylish, and very comfortable, with high-quality amenities and amazing linens. Daria, the Director of Client Experience, was phenomenal! She greeted us by name at breakfast and recommended a Ninh Binh tour that became a highlight of our trip. Breakfast each morning was fantastic, and the rooftop bar was another standout with great food and drinks. Alistor provided excellent service! They also arranged our departure transfer, prepared breakfast to go, and gifted us a coffee drip set, which was a thoughtful touch. We highly recommend Solaria. Truly unforgettable!"

"Everything about our stay was excellent. The room was clean and well appointed. Towels were great. Rooftop pool was refreshing, as were the drinks in the rooftop lounge. Breakfast was plentiful with western and Asian foods, and amazing fruit and fresh watermelon and orange juices. All staff were friendly and attentive and clearly focussed on making the stay as enjoyable as possible. Will stay here again next time in Hanoi. Location cannot be beat."

"A lovely clean room, and a hotel with great amenities. Wonderful, friendly staff who can't do enough for you. This hotel is an absolute gem! Highly recommend a massage at the spa, which was incredible. The rooftop bar is good too! My only small point would be that the bathroom was looking a bit tired compared to everything else in this hotel. Otherwise, it was perfect."
