"This hotel exceeded expectations in every aspect of our stay. Opened in December, the staff were well prepared and went out of their way to make sure our stay was perfect. The location in the old quarter was perfectly located to either walk to attractions or to use GRAB for transportation. The hotel restaurant and bars were stunning. The room was clean and inviting and perfectly decorated. Again, could not say enough about their staff who went above and beyond to make our experience perfect. "

"This property is located in the bustling old quarter but once inside feels like an oasis. The rooms are very well appointed, spacious and have the most comfortable beds. Cleanliness is top notch throughout the hotel. The staff is warm and welcoming and has gone above and beyond to meet our needs. A special shoutout to Kendrick who has been our server on multiple occasions in the 11th floor lounge and restaurant, he’s made us feel very welcome and his service is impeccable.
