Breakfast was delicious, with a wide variety of options including both local Vietnamese dishes and Western choices – perfect for any taste. One of the highlights of my stay was the tour organized by the hotel. Everything was well-planned, the guide was enthusiastic and knowledgeable, and the entire experience was smooth and enjoyable."

"The staff in this hotel are the friendliest staff I have met on my travels. They go above and beyond for everything for us. They were so polite and extremely helpful. The rooms we had were beautiful. The staff were extremely helpful and helped us arrange amazing transportation back to the airport. They arranged the cruise for us to ha long bay and while we were there kept our extra luggage we couldn’t bring with us. I cannot recommend this hotel enough. "
