I love the location of this hotel (French Quarter). Walking distance to most of what Hanoi has to offer. Plenty of restaurants and shops. Very friendly staff to guide you wherever you want to go. I loved the hotel decor on its colors and motives. You wouldn’t be disappointed to stay here.

The Haron Hanoi Boutique Hotel is located in the French Quarter. Very close (walking distance) to restaurants, shops and different cultural attractions Hanoi has to offer. I loved the decoration and ambiance of this hotel. Very polite and friendly staff. They go out of the way to help you on directions and giving you suggestions on what to do while in Hanoi. They have a nice variety of food options. The hotel installation very well kept, with a lovely decoration. We enjoyed our stay at this hotel.

酒店位置非常好，就在還劍湖附近，基本景點都是步行可達。職員也非常禮貌熱情，在入住的後兩天也因為隔壁會議室有人使用擔心會吵到我，為我升等換房間入住。早餐不錯，有粥也有河粉。推薦給每一位計劃到河內的旅客。

I had an excellent stay and was extremely impressed with the room. It was a little cramped but impeccably clean, and very well appointed, with thoughtful touches that made it both comfortable and relaxing. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, the bathroom modern and spotless, and the overall presentation of the room was outstanding. I would highly recommend this hotel and would happily stay here again.

Kudos to the following staff: Hunt, Tatiana, Ling, Hapee & everyone in the dining department. They are so helpful in so many ways. Hotel is accessible to everything even when some streets are closed due to night market. Highly recommended.

Nous avons séjourné deux fois dans cet hôtel lors de notre passage à Hanoï, et le charme opère à chaque fois : les lits sont extrêmement confortables, la propreté est irréprochable et l'emplacement est idéal. Le personnel est tout simplement adorable — réactif sur WhatsApp, attentionné, et toujours prêt à trouver une solution à la moindre demande. Ce qui nous a vraiment touchés, c'est qu'à notre départ, ils nous ont offert un cadeau accompagné d'une carte manuscrite écrite avec beaucoup de soin et de sincérité : un geste rare qui donne vraiment envie de revenir.

Clean and comfortable hotel with good room amenities. The room had 3 different size pillows available. The room even have an international adapter for guests to use. Reception staff Linh (a lady, didn’t get her proper name) was very friendly and helpful. Other staffs were also very polite. Breakfast variety was good. Location of hotel is convenient. Had a wonderful stay!

We stayed at this hotel on two occasions and was excellent on both occasions. On the hotels.com website it was not immediately apparent that some of the rooms are internal without a window. When we realised this we booked a superior room and took the option of dinner and air port transfer. The additional cost was minimal. We suspected that we would eat in first night only but the food was so good and staff so friendly and attentive that we ate in every night. Breakfast was exceptional especially the pho soup, noodles and yogurt!

This hotel exceeded expectations in every aspect of our stay. Opened in December, the staff were well prepared and went out of their way to make sure our stay was perfect. The location in the old quarter was perfectly located to either walk to attractions or to use GRAB for transportation. The hotel restaurant and bars were stunning. The room was clean and inviting and perfectly decorated. Again, could not say enough about their staff who went above and beyond to make our experience perfect.

Stayed for four nights. Staff was incredible. Friendly and accommodating. The front desk associate, Ling was especially nice. Very good breakfast served until 10am, with buffet style options as well as a menu. Room was very clean, comfortable and modern. They give you complimentary fruit platter in your room on arrival. They also give you a snack upon checkout. Ling was even nice enough to walk me out and help me get a grab ride.

Perfect location in the old quarter. Staff were attentive and made our honeymoon special. The food for breakfast was running late one day and I had to be ready for my taxi. One of the staff members made every effort to bring my noodles and mango smoothie out for me in a takeaway box whilst running between other jobs. Thank you for being so thoughtful! Improvements could be made for the daily breakfast to include more vegetarian options that are clearly labelled as it wasn't always clear but overall a great place

No Netflix app avail Unlike other hotel Air con ventilation is really bad. Just above the bed. Shower is a joke. Screen curtain is so short the water will splash to the floor Provide an espresso machine but chargeable. Seriously ridiculous. Might as well remove it and the tv console has more space Staff attitude at fron desk not helpful at all . Don’t greet you or offer you a bottle of water . Looks like we own them a job

Got downgraded to superior double room without notice. Category of rooms very confusing and I only found out that we were downgraded after the 1st night. They did not even offer an upgrade. El personal es lo mejor del hotel, en especial el personal de recepción es muy amable y bien dispuesto atentos a resolver todo. El hotel en si no esta mal, aunque la habitación es interior sin ventanas (cosa que descubres si lees atentamente toda la lista de servicios y amenities, en donde al final se menciona que la "Habitación Superior" no tiene ventanas. Tampoco tiene espacio para la cama, las personas y las valijas. Lo mismo el baño, hay que mover cosas según quiera uno utilizar el inodoro o la ducha. En mi caso ademas la puerta del baño no cerraba, y la ventanita que da a un ducto tampoco y por allí se colaban mosquitos. Creo que debería cuidarse más a qué se le llama "Superior" y debería ser mas claro lo que se ofrece. El desayuno tampoco es bueno, hay que elegir entre 3 o 4 menúes de desayuno pre armados en los que a todos le sobran y le faltan cosas.

This is a perfect hotel. The staff is superb. They always recognized me and called my name. They were ready to make suggestions: what to see, how to get there, where to get the most authentic bánh mi and pho. The room was elegant. There is a roof top bar and an another bar beneath the lobby where I preferred to eat breakfast.

It is at the edge of the old quarter which is nice. You're close enough to walk but you don't have to deal with the traffic and congestion. The staff were EXTREMELY helpful. My only complaint, which is small, is the shampoo and shower gel was too watery. I had to pump the dispenser 20 times to get enough for a lather.
