「Staff was not helpful at all. When we entered the room at 3pm, the room was a mess and hadn’t been cleaned yet. Reached out to the staff and they said all we ca do is try to get ahold of the owner. Called the hosting company and they said we would get late check out at 12pm but a housekeeper with out knocking came into the room at 11pm. Support over phone said we would receive a credit and still haven’t received it. Overall was a horrible stay and would not recommend! PLS BOOK ELSEWHERE! 」

「Always stay within this building when staying in coconut grove wether that be with family or on my own. The self contained apartments are always a winner! Great location for everything within the grove. 20 mins to inter Miami stadium, 25 mins to the airport and 30 mins to the dolphin center. Great location and really great host. If I had to pick one thing to critique it would be that this is a self contained apartment which means no regular cleaning or towel / toilet roll replacement which can...

「room was ok....floor a little dirty....bed sheets seemed clean....bathroom was clean. coffee pot didnt work. no kitchen towles....a kitchen towel would have been nice....just one towel thats all. location was great. view was great. elevator situation needs improvement...elevators and the fobs were not good」
