「クイーン二台を希望していたが、家族5人で予約しておりアサインされた部屋が２段ベッド二台でとても広く使えた。 家族連れの長旅中だったので、キッチン付きでありがたかった。 冷蔵庫も大きく、大きい電子レンジ、キッチンペーパー、皿など必要なものは揃っていた。 ランドリーには、洗濯機二台、乾燥機が二台あったが、洗濯機がやや小さめだったのでひと家族二台使う為、いつ行っても誰かが使用しており待ち時間が長かった。 全体的には、とても過ごしやすくホーム2の中でも特に快適であった。 」

「I have going to the Biltmore for over thirty years. The hotel and architecture is amazing. Unfortunately, the hotel needs some tend loving care. The pool area was disgusting. There is NO REASON why this area should be unkept with the paint on pool deck almost too disgusting to walk on. Holes in the stucco from the parrots. I know its the off-season but the condition of the pool (with large junks of plaster coming off the bottom of the pool) and the paint on the pool deck, well it was not...

From the lovely smell as you walk in, to the pleasant staff, the variety in breakfast items, and the cleanliness/size of the room overall, I would definitely stay here again in a heartbeat. I also felt very safe with having a young child with me which is important. Good location and quiet surroundings as well!」
