「宿泊前日の夜に急遽予約したが、問題なく部屋も鍵も用意されており、チェックインは完璧な対応だった。 駐車場は事前にホテルからメール頂いた通り、部屋数と比較して駐車場のスロット数は少ないので、早目の訪問がおすすめ。 自分は16時前の到着でも空きが1台分しかなかった。 ホテルは本館と別館に分かれていて、自分は別館宿泊だったが、両方とも年期の入った建物なので人が歩くとギシギシいうのは仕方ないかと思う。 併設のレストランは美味しくサービスも良好。朝食のフルイングリッシュブレックファストも美味しかった。 ベイクウェルに泊まるなら、間違いは無いホテルだと思う。」

「Everything was great until the boiler fired up just after midnight and I realised thats what was in the cupboard 3ft from my pillow! Dont think we will return which is a shame as the location and the staff were brilliant but a boiler in the bedroom Really!!!」

「Having stayed a few times over the years we knew what to expect . As usual all the staff were helpful and cheerful. However we stayed in room 6 overnight on a very hot day and night so the room was very uncomfortably hot and made sleeping a problem. We did notice there was an air conditioning unit in the ceiling which was not operating and there was no way to control it. Very disappointing, it would have made a big difference on such a hot night. Nevertheless we look forward to our next stay,...

The room was not massive but it was absolutely fine. The staff were always very friendly and polite. Definitely worth another trip. The breakfast was superb.」
