"Very luxurious hotel and room. Staff are very friendly and professional. But some improvements are needed in the room. First there are no individual light control, only a central control with 3 options: all on, all off, or low light. We couldn't turn off the light next to the bed while keeping the light on in the table area. Only the bathroom have a separate control that can overwrite the central control. Second, there is no glass pot to heat water like typical hotel where you can make your own coffee or tea or just boil water."

"Check in was simple. Staff was friendly. Hotel was about a 15 minute walk to the main strip area and much more affordable than the hotels directly on the strip."

"So my wife and I were looking to stay for the weekend during a show we wanted to see, and we thought this hotel was going to be a great stay, but we were very wrong. The room was so poorly lit, and the layout of the room was also very inconvenient, to the point where the TV wasn't visible from the bed. We will definitely not come back again."

"This place used to be great back when it was hooters. It is now unclean and the staff does not care. We got to our room and immediately noticed hair (you could tell what kind) on our pillows there. So we called the desk 3 times to get cleaned and then told the front desk. No one helped no one offered a new room nothing. We had to go to our car and lay down blankets over the bed and sleep together on one blanket . Because who knew what else was not cleaned. It was disgusting, I feel like I should get my money back. We only slept there for four hours and it was the most uncomfortable four hours. There were crumbs all over the floor. The shower was slimy so we didn’t take a shower. Couldn’t wait to be home to clean myself off. Worst experience on the strip."
