"£100 pre authorised payment asked at hotel but £50 on the email I received. They took £100. Staff seem rude and unhappy which is not a great vibe . You end up just ignoring them on reception because of this. Breakfast is non existent. Meant to be continental . Paid £50 a room which is about right. Wouldn’t want to pay any more than this "
