Our room was very clean but everything was in need of a repaint or had seen better days. One of the chairs was extremely wobbly so we didn’t dare sit on it, and whilst a kettle was provided no teas or coffee were and we couldn’t actually fit the kettle under the tap to fill it. The entrance space/reception felt more like a family dining room/living room complete with a dining table and sofas - this seemed to be where the breakfast would have been served but as there was only one table we weren’t sure of how that was supposed to work. All that being said the people were very polite and helpful.

We booked this as it was near Stratford and we were going to the theatre at Stratford East. It was a bit of a walk, but that was fine. The room served a purpose and was adequate, if you want tea/coffee in your room collect it from the reception area (there is a kettle in the room) bed linen and towels were fresh and clean and tbh we had a great nights sleep- there was no 'City View' but we had a lovely church to look at... all in all it served a purpose as previously said. ... needs some big tlc to bring it up to speed!!

The staff here are amazing! All so friendly and bubbly! After our initial hotel left us concerned for our safety and comfort, we were going to be staying at Moxy Stratford with the tour company that we were touring Europe with so I called them to see if they were able to accommodate us and they were and were so helpful and empathetic! Free wifi, lifts, bar and restaraunt onsite! Definetly recommend getting the breakfast add on! Limited but satisfying breakfast buffet, and the pain au chocolat 🤤🤤 a must try! Also conveniently located near Westfield and public transport and has made navigating London as a tourist so much easier ❤️❤️❤️

Room without a view

Lumpy bed, no bedside table or reading lamp/light. Noisy fridge buzzing away all night. Noisy residents across the hall up all night talking and singing. Dire view from window fire escapes rooftops and general ugliness. Good shower.
