"Nice hotel! Lovely and modern, spacious rooms. I stayed for my anniversary with my partner. We requested an anniversary package but they didn’t give us any cake with it (which was included) when we asked the front desk they were helpful and attentive. They later brought us a dessert but they misspelled “anniversary” and brought a lemon cheesecake (which I’m allergic to), we asked for an actual cake again and they brought one up that was again misspelled but they tried haha! I wouldn’t recommend anniversary package but would recommend the hotel overall. The breakfast was ok I’m not a fan of undercooked or mushy eggs and not much options for vegetarians or those who don’t eat pork - other than the pastries which I definitely enjoyed! The pool was lovely, steam room was not working when I went but we used the sauna. Dinner was amazing here! Fish and chips 10/10. The location is great with DLR close by. Overall a lovely stay "

"Staff very friendly at reception Classic traditional ‘cruise ship’ style as expected Impeccably clean Bathroom very dated, infitting with a ship, shower only and extremely heavy door dangerous when having children in the room with you. Couldnt prop bathroom door open and no working fan in the bathroom for stream. Reason for low score was complete lack of sleep due to room being uncomfortably warm the entire time. Staff attempted to assist by providing two fans however as window doesnt open this just circulated the warm air around. When speaking to reception they advised they had another room to move us to however said they knocked on our door at 11am to offer us it and as we didnt answer they gave it to someone else! Hard to believe anyone goes to London to stay in their room until 11am and wait to be offered another room plus they has our emails and phone numbers to try to contact us also but didnt attempt to. Breakfast was fine but really poor set up, long queues at hot drinks station and hot food just due to poor layout noone could access until person at front has completely moved out of the way. This could be fixed easily by the staff walking through the setup as guests do. Overall we were offered an upgrade on a return stay however lack of sleep ruined our weekend and due to that unfortunately we wouldnt return"

"I have little good to say about my stay. It was during my birthday and I thaught it would be pleasant. Once I checked I was informed of last minute modifications. My double room was changed to disabled. The best thing about it was leaving it that night as there were hairs all over the bed and linen was not cleaned properly. I had to be changed two rooms since it had the same issue. Staff were kind but I felt forgotten about the second night. I was provided a free breakfast but I felt I deserved a better room as I got a downgraded one(a bed with less hairs.)"

"Was close to Canary Wharf, beds were comfy, staff were friendly. But, parking fee was obscene even with the discount code, the room was shabby, and the main thing was our AC wasn’t working, we were given keys to 2 other rooms none of which were working. The only thing they did was let us have an extra room for free, as we were 3 adults sharing, so at least we managed to spread out. But it was still so hot we had to sleep with the windows open, and the it was so noisy, we couldn’t sleep. Ruined the next day to be honest as we were all so tired. "

"Clean room. Staff extremely friendly, providing top quality service especially Zaltan, Zara, Paul and Natalia! No parking on site but plenty of parking nearby."
