"It was terrible. I was treated to stay for my birthday, I wish I stayed home. The room was so hot. When we called someone for the A/C to be switched on we were told someone would have to come the following day as there was nobody around to deal with it. When he arrived we were told it was not possible, 3 floors are linked, it's a cheap system inplcae and if he put it on the other floors would only have A/C and no heat.
