Area behind the hotel with the large apartment blocks and damaged cars on the street was a little unnerving , however once behind the security gates for the hotel it felt safe and comfortable. "Stayed for one night to attend a concert at the O2 arena. Location brilliant as a quick walk to tube and only one stop to arena. Room was clean, bed comfy and lovely big bath with a selection of cosmetics. One member of staff made checking in difficult but another took over and was great. Did not eat here so can’t comment on food, but the one thing it could do with is a vending machine or similar to grab a drink out of hours especially when coming back late. Would definitely stay again. "

Talking of bars, the hotel and docklands area all close at 2300 so be aware. Not so good was the stains of on my curtains and the now and again scolding of hot water for the shower. Safety issue for kids. Otherwise a good weekend break in London Docklands area."
